Manish, I coded the tags and user sections, but I didn't do the software portion yet because that was more your code. Just use the same format as I did, and look at the code to see how i did the counting of tagged items, its just 2 lines that i marked with a comment. If you cut and paste that into the loop which echoes the software, it will count those as well.
